PLHSFAA SCHOLARSHIPS

One of the purposes of the original PLHS Alumni Association was to award scholarships to college-bound seniors. When the PLHSFAA was formed they remained faithful to that commitment and award scholarships to PLHS seniors yearly. By partnering with Dollars For Scholars, PLHSFAA scholarship money is often matched by participating Colleges and Universities (4 year and 2 year).

Your Membership and Contribution dollars are used to help us fund these scholarships.

PLHSFAA 4 Year college or University Scholarship: - $1000

Criteria: A graduating Senior at PLHS, continuing his/her education at an
Accredited 4-year College or University. Student must show proof of
enrollment.
G.P.A. of 3.0 or above
Documentation showing involvement in school activities and community service.

PLHS Community College Scholarship - $500

Criteria: A graduating senior at PLHS, continuing his/her education at a Community College. Student must show proof of enrollment.
G.P.A. of 2.7 or above.
Documentation showing involvement in school activities and community service.

Donald Fuller Memorial Scholarship – Amount varies.

Friends and classmates of Donald Fuller (Class of '65) donated to a Memorial Scholarship fund in his name. The recipient must play football. Enough donations were raised that a second scholarship will be given in 2008.
